Clausion Dynamic Reporting

Clausion Dynamic Reporting (DR) is an additional module available for the Clausion environment. With Dynamic Reporting you can create dynamic reports and analyze any data available in the Clausion environment using Dynamic reporting-specific Excel formula functions that are connected to the database. You can easily update figures from Clausion to reports made by DR module. The Clausion Dynamic Reporting functionality is available on a separate tab in the Excel ribbon.

For more information about Dynamic Reporting functions, refer to Clausion Administrator's Online Help.

Dynamic Reporting for Clausion Packages

For the ClausionIFRS GAAP package, there are ready-made Dynamic reporting (DR) Excel files that include the main annual closing reports and notes needed for reporting Financial Statements. They provide a faster opportunity to gather the closing package after the data has been checked in Clausion.

The content of the excel-files follows the general external requirements for the financial statements, and there are separate sheets for each report and note. Modifications and adjustments (for example adding accounts or adding data from other sources) to the sheets can be done easily according to your needs.

The content of the workbook is defined in the first sheet (Cover), where you can set the basic information, such as unit, period, year, document series, and other data. DR data formulas referring to these sets are defined on other sheets.

The following DR files are available for ClausionIFRS GAAP package:
