Viewing Mapping with Clausion iXBRL Viewer

ClausionESEF Reporting Tool has an Inline XBRL Viewer application in the XHTML document. This must not be included in the final report package submitted to the Officially Appointed Mechanism (OAM). Review the sheets with this tool before you publish your report to the OAM to see that you have tagged everything correctly.

Other persons can also check the validity, because it is easy to send the .html file separately. Checking the data with the Clausion iXBRL Viewer does not require delivery of the entire .zip file because this application resides within the XHTML report.

When opening the .html file, the following figure illustrates how the Clausion iXBRL Viewer displays the XHTML document.

At the bottom of the page, sections Tag information, Additional concept information, Settings and About are shown.

When you click on a fact on the XHTML report page, the information about this particular fact will be available in the Tag information section and the information originating from the ESEF taxonomy about the line item and domain members used to map this fact will be shown in the Additional concept information section.

When you are unsure about the meanings of different things in the iXBRL Viewer user interface, see first the tooltips, as they often provide useful information.

In Settings, you can change the language of the information.

When selecting the Highlight all tags check box, all tags in the report are highlighted. The line items of ESEF taxonomy are highlighted in green and all the other line items in yellow (typically the extension taxonomy line items). If there is yellow highlight on tags with element prefix "ifrs-full:" you should check that you have written them correctly in the ElementName column of the Extension and Mapping sheets. Yellow "ifrs-full" elements do not exist in ESEF Taxonomy.

Block tagged areas are not highlighted be the Highlight all tags functionality. On moving cursor on top of such area, it shows highlighted with borders.

All element names are case-sensitive.

The Inline XBRL Viewer cannot show information on the extension taxonomy elements. Only the core taxonomy elements can be validated.

Also in case the block tag continues in several separate areas within the document, the Inline XBRL Viewer is able to show only the first one per taxonomy element.
