Publishing ESEF Annual Financial Report

When you are finished with your extension taxonomy and mapping of your entry sheets, create the actual report package .zip file, which is to be published. You must take the "Viewer" from your /**Options literal and check that the date in the /**Extension literal and the /**Version literal (if you use this) corresponds with the state of the current report. A good practice would be to use "Final" as the value of /**Version.

After you have checked the report details, compress the report package folder to a ZIP. Check from the Log sheet where the folder was created after clicking Report Package.

The compressed .zip file must have exactly the same name as the root folder inside it. For example, you can have your Inline XBRL instance (XHTML file) in the following location:

When you have a ready zip file, send it to your national Officially Appointed Mechanism.
