Document Variables

%DOCUMENT ADVANCED CODES%

The identifier of the documents or document series, or list of identifiers of document series, that a user selects on the Advanced Options tab when opening an input or report template. The variable can be used in input or report template column headers, as well as in the dimension element in a data column.

%DOCUMENT ADVANCED NAMES%

The name (or list of names) of the document series that a user selects on the Advanced Options tab when opening an input or report template. In case of documents, the document identifiers are used. The variable can only be used in input or report template column headers, not in the dimension element in a data column.

%DOCUMENT SERIES CODE%

The identifier (or list of identifiers) of the document series that have been defined in the data column definitions.

%DOCUMENT SERIES NAME%

The name (or list of names) of the document series that have been defined in the data column definitions.

%DOCUMENT MIN%

The identifier of the document lower limit user selects on the Advanced Options tab.

%DOCUMENT MAX%

The identifier of the document upper limit user selects on the Advanced Options tab.

%DOCUMENT NUMBER%

The document number selected or set in task definitions for a task that opens the template. The %DOCUMENT NUMBER% parameter works only for template level selection in the UI. This parameter is not designed to be used to present the document number selection of an individual column.

%DOCUMENT NUMBERS%

The list of document numbers defined in the datacolumn definitions, when “document” is selected as dimension type. Documents included to the parameter %DOCUMENT NUMBERS% are added in “Parameters” as a customer parameter.
