Introduction to Input and Report User's Online Help

Input and report user's online help contains instructions for the input and reporting functions of the Clausion application.

Instructions for the following items are covered in this document:

  • Managing of favourites and changing the user interface language

  • Using of the input and report templates and their functions, such as:

    • managing document series

    • entering basic unit data, internal transactions, and values of internal inventories

    • eliminating internal margins in inventories

    • using card functionalities

    • entering other eliminations

    • generated reports

    • printing and saving report bundles, and printing templates

  • Automatic calculations, such as:

    • Automatic entries to internal accounts

    • Automatic Counter Entries (ACE)

    • Automatic Rate Difference Calculation (ARD)

    • Automatic Calculated Accounts (ACA)

    • Automatic Non-Controlling Interest Entries for Unit Level (NCI)

    • Proportional Consolidation (PROC)

    • Elimination of Internal Margins in Inventories (INV)

    • Automatic Reconciliation Entries (ARE)

  • Clausion Dynamic Reporting

Currently, the following features are available only in the Clausion Desktop Client:

  • Some options when opening a template, for example, filtering by extra field

Currently, the following features work differently in Clausion Desktop Client and Clausion Web Client:

  • Periodizing based on selected values on input templates
