XBRL Template Management and Reporting

XBRL Reporting in Clausion enables users to report financial data in XBRL format according to SBR taxonomy maintained and published by State Treasury (Valtiokonttori). Clausion offers a solution for importing the taxonomy, defining and saving the mapping to the database. Clausion also offers the possibility to make the preview and save the XBRL report using the XBRL reporting user interface task in the Clausion Web Client.

The XBRLMnt task is for the administrative user for creating and importing new XBRL templates and taxonomies, and the XBRLReport task is for creating and previewing the XBRL reports.

The XBRL Reporting feature requires a licence.

During the version upgrade a user interface task XBRL Templates is defined for the administrator. The task is available in the Clausion Web Client in Admin User > Basics > User Interface and Templates > XBRL Templates.

You must have administrator rights to be able to add taxonomies and import taxonomy package files into the Clausion system. Also the XBRL license must be active. When taking XBRL into use, Clausion consultant defines a new environment parameter XBRLTAXONOMY_PATH with the Clausion client. The parameter defines the path to which the taxonomy packages are unzipped when imported into the system.
