Favourites

You can add your frequently used input and report templates and Input Data Calculation options to your Favourites view. Select the options that you use often, such as dimension, data type, financial year, and save the task to your favourites. You can then open the task with the same options directly from your Favourites view.

If an administrative user removes a task from the user interface, the favourites based on the task also disappear from your Favourites view. In problem situations, contact your administrative user.

1. Select the options for the task to be saved (see Opening Input and Report Templates).

2. In Desktop Client, click Save to Favourites.[v24.12 and later:] In Web Client, click Add to Favourites. [v24.12 and latercontent ends]

3. Type a name for the task in the Favourite Name field. This name will be shown for the task in your Favourites list.

4. Click OK. [v24.12 and later:] In Web Client, a toast notification will appear on the top right corner of the screen, confirming the favourite has been added successfully. This toast notification also includes a link to the Favourites section on the Web Client home page. [v24.12 and latercontent ends]

To edit the options of your favourites, click Edit in the Favourites view. [v24.12 and later:] In Web Client, a Save button will then appear to the left of the Add to Favourites button in the selection view. The Save button is activated when you make changes. [v24.12 and latercontent ends]

[v24.02 and later:] In Desktop Client, [v24.02 and latercontent ends] the order of the folders cannot be changed. The folders are automatically created and placed in the view based on the order of the folders in the navigation tree. If the folder order is changed in User Interface Management, it will be updated correspondingly in Favourites.

[v24.02 and later:] In Web Client, favourites are displayed in order of saving on the Favourites section. The most recently saved appears at the bottom of the list.

In Desktop Client, tasks added as favourites are displayed in the Favourite view found in the tree view under the Favourites folder's subfolder User Selections. In Web Client, favourites are displayed in the Favourites section on the home page. Set the section in or out of view by clicking the View button on the top right corner of the home page and toggling Favourites on the drop-down menu. [v24.02 and latercontent ends] .

Deleting items in the Favourites view only deletes them from your personal favourites. The items will still be available under the original tasks and you can add them back to your favourites any time you want.

User Interface Language

You can change your Clausion client user interface language using the Language custom template. The function is available if it has been added for your user role. If the function is not available, contact your system administrator.

The language setting is user-specific. Languages included in your system are available.
